Here's another of my favorite -isms. This one comes from Caroline.
Recently, I started saying, "Bread and Butter" whenever Caroline and I are split up by an object while walking. The first time I said it, Caroline got that quizzical look on her face and inquired as to what I just said and why. After explaining it to her, she was content with the answer and we moved on.
The next day as we were walking down her hallway at school, we were separated by the hand-railing that it's in the middle of the hallway ramp.
She very happily said, "PEANUT BUTTER!". Of course, I said the same thing and it's been that way ever since.
