What bombs?

For the past several nights, Jason has woken up at 1:00 a.m. and not been able to go back to sleep for a few hours. Now, the one thing I do know about him is that if that occurs several days in a row, he runs the risk of getting sick because he's so run down. So last night he decided to take some sleep aid so that he would go to sleep. I thought he was going to take Tylenol PM, but instead he took Ambien. I went to the store to get some bread and cinnamon rolls for breakfast this morning, and when I returned Jason was dozing on the bed with his computer on his chest. I was proud of myself because I'd gotten the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls that were the Cinnabon variety. Jason has mentioned a couple of times that the next time he sees a Cinnabon store he wanted to try one (something he'd seen on the Food Network set him off on that). The conversation went something like this:

I brought the can back to the bedroom to show him, and he woke up and looked at the can and said, 'That's nice. What is it?" "Cinnamon rolls for tomorrow. They're the Cinnabon flavor from Pillsbury," I responded. "What?" I repeated what I'd said and he said, "Why'd you do that?" "Because you like them," I told him. "How'd you get them to explode," he replied. "What?" He repeated the statement, and I asked, "Explode what?" I asked thoroughly confused. "The bombs," he said. Tickled (because I knew he'd taken the sleeping aid) I clarified what I had said about the cinnamon rolls.

Then I asked if I could use his computer to surf the net. Sure, he said. After a few minutes, he got up to go to the restroom and when he came back he looked at me and said, "I took the Ambien 15 minutes ago, and all I know right now is that that is my computer. What on earth are you doing with it?" "I'm surfing the net." was my reply. He then laid down and went to bed and true to form does not remember any of it.

Ah, good ol' Ambien. I know I had many a WTF type statements when I was taking it a few years back. I'm sure SJP could shed some light on it.
